How to Enroll at INDILA
Enrolling at INDILA is simple. Our team is here to guide you through every step, including the Indiana Choice Scholarship application, so your child can begin learning as quickly as possible.
Tuition is fully covered for most Indiana families through the Choice Scholarship and INDILA’s internal financial aid. Families enrolling outside state windows may pay tuition temporarily until the next Choice window opens.*

3 stages, one team guiding you through them: a short inquiry starts the conversation, INDILA’s enrollment application collects student details, and the Choice Scholarship submission is handled by INDILA once your documents are in.

Step 1
Check Eligibility
Most Indiana families qualify for tuition-free enrollment through the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program. For 2026–2027 there is no income limit. You may qualify if you:
• Live in Indiana
• Your student is between 5 and 21 years old as of October 1
• Have a student entering grades K–12

Step 2
Submit Your Enrollment Information
Start with INDILA’s short inquiry form. It asks only for your name, email, phone, number of children, and any questions. This allows our team to begin the admissions process and confirm your eligibility.
Admissions then sends you INDILA’s enrollment application, which collects the basic student and family information:
• Student name and current academic grade
• Indiana address
• Parent or guardian contact information
• Information on previously attended schools

Step 3
Provide Required Documents
Once your application is in, our admissions team will request the documents needed to complete enrollment and the scholarship application. If your family does not have transcripts, admissions uses the previous-school information you provided to request records. We will walk you through each item if you need help.
• Proof of Indiana residency
• Prior school records or transcripts, if applicable
• Student’s birth certificate or other proof of age

Step 4
INDILA Submits the Scholarship Application
You do not apply for the Choice Scholarship yourself. INDILA submits the application through the state’s system on your behalf and handles:
• Application submission
• State communication
• Tuition billing
• Verification
• Scholarship acceptance

Receive Acceptance and Your Academic Plan
Once enrollment is confirmed and the scholarship is approved, you will receive:
• Official acceptance
• Technology requirements
• Orientation details
• Your student’s personalized academic plan
• Start date information

Begin Learning
Your student receives access to everything they need, and our team stays with you every step of the way:
• Student orientation and help guides
• Teacher communication tools

Students With IEPs and 504 Plans
INDILA welcomes students with IEPs and 504 plans. Many supports typically written into these plans are already built into our self-paced, asynchronous model. Families should share their student’s current plan during enrollment so we can determine how INDILA can best support their learner.
As a private school, INDILA provides academic accommodations but does not provide special education services, specialized instruction, therapies, evaluations, or IEP meetings.
